RecordMatch provides easy-to-use templates or you can create your own.

Standard Templates

RecordMatch provides standard data templates in Microsoft® Excel® (.xls and .xlsx) formats. Registered customers are provided with template download links.

Custom Templates

Create your own RecordMatch templates with RecordMatch headers. Then save the file in .xls or .xlsx format.

If you are matching records from multiple files be sure to use the same headers across the different files. For example, the ‘LastName’ header should be used consistently across files.
